Olympiacos brings HEALTHY into practice through physical activity for children
Within the framework of the European project HEALTHY – Multisport Community Clubs promoting physical activity as a tool for HEALTHY life, Olympiacos SFP implemented a physical activity session involving children, with a focus on movement, coordination and positive engagement with exercise.
Through simple and enjoyable ball-based exercises, the children had the opportunity to actively participate in age-appropriate activities under the guidance of Olympiacos sports staff. The activity focused on developing basic movement and coordination skills while promoting enjoyment, participation and a positive experience of physical activity.
This initiative forms part of the practical implementation of HEALTHY, which aims to highlight the role of sports clubs in promoting a more active and healthy lifestyle among people of different ages.
Through the project activities, Olympiacos SFP continues to use sport and physical activity as tools to encourage healthy habits from an early age and strengthen participation in regular exercise.
HEALTHY is co-funded by the European Union under the Erasmus+ Sport programme.
